  1. Complete a self-assessment in at least one ETS competence area (click on this link to access the assessment model). Write, which competence area have you chosen to complete the self-assessment.
  2. Name 2-3 strengths in the chosen competence area.
  3. Name 2-3 areas for development in the chosen competence area.
