﻿﻿Badge earner learned about establishing the Alliance of Youth Workers Associations (AYWA), which advocates for youth work recognition, development, and quality youth work in Europe. The youth worker explored and familiarised themself with two youth work advocacy examples by AYWA.
Badge earner had a sneak peek preview of the advocacy toolkit and learned about advocacy experiences in youth work advocacy at national and European levels. 
This badge recognises youth workers' competence development in the "Networking and Advocating" area.
