Eitvydas is a head of the International Migration Organisation office in LT (United Nations); former deputy minister of Social Affairs and Labour Ministry (incl. Youth affairs); former head of the Order of Malta relief organisation in Lithuania;

Eitvydas suggests that in advocacy, you need to be a PUNK SEO, where punk represents rebellious change makers, and the SEO reaches the optional potential to influence decisions. He advice to advocates:
Provide resources - explore and refer to what already exists
Use momentum - seek for a window of opportunity or create one yourself
Network and maintain contacts
Know the person - know the scene/stage
﻿
Share a story to better understand the cause
Educate - be on the same understanding level
Offer solutions - what is possible
